Now we are expanding our "company factory" into the strategically important UK market, and are recruiting the first Business Developer to help us get a quick foothold through local knowledge, efficient execution and a strong London based network. Our first uK team member: Trained at a top tier consulting firm or investment bank, e.g. McKinsey, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, PA Consulting, BCG, AT Kearney, Booz & Co. or a highly recognized industry player Been living in UK for at least 10 years and in London for at least 3-5 years Post graduate degree and minimum 3-5 years of work experience after graduation Very outgoing and has a strong network in the London business society Makes things happen, self motivated and highly driven, yet a sincere team player Lives by good values and wants to be a part of the solution in this world Preferably entrepreneurship experience, as we are creating our companies from scratch The job will go through different stages. First you will be helping the Rainmaking partners identifying and researching business opportunities within the UK market. You will be our only full-time team member in London, but one of us will be at your side approx. half the time. In the next phase we will have launched the first start-up, and you will probably head that initially until it gets its own CEO. If things proceed according to plan, you end up having built a UK based portfolio of start-ups together with us, and in the process gotten a lot of new colleagues. We are aiming to establish a full grown London office with 3-5 local partners and 20-30 staff members within a few years.
