Mike Hochleutner, Executive Director of the GSB's Center for Leadership and Development (CLDR), will discuss how the CLDR is helping to re-think how business schools "teach" leadership. Join us for a discussion about one key leadership challenge—how to motivate people when times are tough—and to see some of the tools the center has developed to help students and executives grapple with this and similar leadership challenges in a more tangible way.
